Renters insurance covers kitchen fires, water damage, burglary, most incidents of mother nature, and much more. All residents are required to obtain his/her own renters policy.

Dogs, Cats, Fish and Caged Birds.
Number of Pets per Apartment:
Maximum of 2.
Pet Weight Limit:
Maximum 80 lbs combined/75 lbs full grown
Total Pet Deposit:
$250/pet for 1-40 lbs, $500/pet for 41-75 lbs.
Non-Refundable Pet Deposit/Fee:
$250 as a One Time Pet Fee + $15 Pet Rent per Month
Other Comments:
Manager has discretion regarding each property pet policy.
All breeds must be approved by management and official written documentation may be requested from a veterinarian.
The following is a non comprehensive list of dogs that are not permitted:
Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Shar-peis, any mixed breed that includes any prohibited breed, dogs with specific defensive or attack training, former Military or Police trained dogs, and any dog with a history of biting. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.
Qualified assistance animals are always welcome without deposit or fee.
